For plan members of an employee group benefit plan, we encourage you to sign up for a direct deposit to get your benefit claim payment back faster and deposited right into your bank account. Visit the Help Centre to learn how to sign up for direct deposit. 

For home and auto insurance policyholders, you can log in or use the OTIP RAEO mobile app to access your home and/or auto insurance policy, submit a claim and make a payment, anytime and anywhere. 

RTIP members can access their policy and submit online claims on the RTIP plan member site by visiting: rtip.otip.com/login. If you need assistance with registering online, you can view step-by-step instructions herePlease note: We are currently working to ensure all members receive their 2025 RTIP Renewal in a timely manner. For RTIP members who do not have an email on file, there may be delays with receiving your renewal via mail. We appreciate your patience at this time.
