Did You Know?

The digital proof of insurance (pink slips/liability card) that can be accessed via the OTIP RAEO mobile app is a valid proof of insurance in Ontario.

Digital Delivery*

You will be able to access your policy documents anytime through the OTIP Home and Auto member portal or OTIP RAEO app website or app on your smartphone. Please note that certain documents will still be mailed to you regardless of your preferred delivery method. This includes pink slips, dishonoured payment notices, and cancellation notices.

If you are opting into Digital Delivery for the first time, a temporary password will be emailed to you as we process your request.

When you begin a new policy, renew an existing one, or make a policy change, your documents will be sent to you by your insurer via Canada Post.
